A coaching program for busy real people who are done restarting every January. Built by a medical doctor who left clinical medicine to do the part the system doesn't have time for.
Small Cohort, No sales call.
RIGHT NOW
Your health competes for attention.
You apply structure to your career. Not your body. And in the background, it drifts — a kilo a year, slightly less energy, slightly more caffeine, another restart that didn't stick. You're not lazy. You're not a beginner. You've tracked macros, tried keto, bought the Peloton. The problem was never information. It was never discipline either. It was structure.
NOW IMAGINE
Your health runs without you managing it.
You have a plan that fits your actual week — the travel, the kids, the weekends. You're not guessing what to eat or when to train. Deviations don't derail you because there's a framework underneath. You look leaner. You feel stronger. Your energy is stable past 3pm. No restart cycles. No noise. No anxiety about what's coming at 50. Your health is handled, so you can focus on everything else.
HOW IT WORKS
This isn't a challenge and it's not a quick transformation. It's a structured build — the first four weeks lay the foundation, the middle four build momentum, and the last four make sure it runs without me.

Weeks 1–4 — Foundation
Map it. Build the backbone.
Deep intake, clear 12-week outcome, nutrition framework set up (protein anchoring, calorie structure, meal construction), training program loaded into Everfit and started. We establish what "enough" actually looks like for your life.
Outcome: No confusion. A plan you can execute this week.

Weeks 5–8 — Momentum
Push. Calibrate. Build the habits.
Visible progress — body composition shifting, strength going up, energy stabilising. We stress-test the plan against real life: travel weeks, social eating, weekends, the stuff that usually breaks people. Adjust as needed.
Outcome: Momentum and control. The plan has survived your actual life.

Weeks 9–12 — Autonomy
Refine. Let go of the scaffolding.
Transition from active coaching to independent execution. You learn to adjust your own plan — what to do when travel disrupts, when stress spikes, when motivation dips. The goal is that week 13 feels the same as week 12, without me.
Outcome: A structure that runs on its own. The last restart you'll need.

About Me

I trained as a medical doctor. Right at the threshold of entering clinical practice, I stepped off the path. Not because I failed. Because I saw what the job actually was — ten-minute consultations, reactive prescriptions, telling people to "exercise more and eat better" with no time to help them do it.The actual fix — teaching people how to train, eat, sleep, and build a structure that runs without willpower — wasn't something the system had time for. So I left to do it myself.I got certified as a personal trainer, started coaching in-person clients here in Copenhagen, and built my practice around the part that medicine skips: translating what people know they should do into something that actually fits their life.I've lived across three countries — South Korea, New Zealand, Denmark — and failed publicly along the way (ask me about the café sometime). I'm a 0-or-100 perfectionist who had to learn that 50–70% is the real answer. Most of my clients are the same.
